We have concluded rights deals with all the major sports bodies including the IOC, FIFA, UEFA, IAAF, Formula 1, Premier League, Wimbledon Tennis, Six Nations Rugby Union, Open Golf, Masters Golf, the ECB, Cricket Australia and ICC Cricket, the NFL and the NBA.
In addition, we have second to none experience working with Olympic and Commonwealth Games sports having secured deals for the vast majority of Olympic Sports, including developing the best selling London 2012 DVD.
About David Murray
David has worked for over 25 years in the Sports and Media industry for PWC’s Media Group, Hambros Bank Corporate Finance in Media and Telecoms M & A, and as Head of Rights for BBC Sport and a member of the BBC Sport Board.
Formally a member of the Eurosport Consortium Executive, Vice President of the European Broadcast Union (EBU) Sports Committee, Chairman of the EBU New Media Sports Group, and member of the EBU Operations Committee (its commercial board).
David ran the BBC’s Independent Production tendering process where he was instrumental in opening up BBC Sport’s production business to a wider range of companies, and managed BBC International, its production facilities operation.
David is also an Honorary Fellow at the University of Salford where he teaches Negotiation to both MBA students and as part of its corporate development programme.
Robert has worked for over 25 years in Production, Rights and Archive Management at the BBC, and is a former Vice President of the EBU Sports Committee, and sat on the EBU Production and Major Events Groups.
He worked closely with key rights holders to ensure that their scheduling and production offer was aligned with the broadcaster requirements.
Robert has developed and sold a number of best selling Programme formats.
